TT Group has submitted a planning application to develop 140 homes and a 65-bed care home at the former Ravenscourt Park Hospital in Hammersmith, W6.
The SPPARC-designed plans involve preserving the existing 1930s Grade II listed building and will bring the disused site back into use after it closed as a hospital in 2006.
The existing hospital building, originally known as the Royal Masonic Hospital, opened in 1933. Subsequent extensions were carried out in 1958 and 1978, and the building became the Ravenscourt Park Hospital in 2002. TT Group acquired the site in 2022.
Duncan Brisbane, development director at TT Group, said: “After our acquisition of this disused site last year, it’s great to reach this next milestone in delivering a new residential-led scheme in one of west London’s most popular areas.”
Turley advised TT Group on planning and heritage matters.
