A multi-vallate iron-age fort enclosing two ancient tumuli dominates a 26.37-acre plot of pasture and woodland to be offered at auction on May 3. The land will be going up for sale along with an adjoining 8.18-acre plot of pasture.
Both lots are located near the village of Denbury, 3 miles from Newton Abbot in Devon.
Rendells will offer the freeholds at 7 pm in Denbury Parish Hall. Guide prices for the lots are not being released.
