Belfast City Council has approved UniCiti’s plans for a £28m student housing scheme.
The 682-bedroom block will be built on the corner of York Street and Great Patrick Street.
The plans were submitted by Turley. Its Belfast team is supporting several other applications for similar purpose-built managed student accommodation, including a second UniCiti proposal on nearby Little Patrick Street.
Plans for 16 schemes from a number of developers, comprising 7,500 student beds, have been submitted to the city council.
