Ridgeons has appointed Turnstone Estates as development partner at its scheme at Ashdon Road Commercial Park in Saffron Walden, Essex.
The scheme will comprise 167 homes, a hotel, a restaurant and shops as well as space for commercial and industrial use. Outline planning for the scheme was granted in November 2014; the detailed planning application is to be submitted in February.
Chris Goldsmith, managing director of Turnstone, said: “This is a fantastic site in north-west Essex, close to Cambridge and Stansted airport. We will be looking to facilitate the delivery of bespoke premises for this thriving regional business and anticipate a great deal of interest in both the commercial space and the residential plots.”
Januarys advised Ridgeons and will be sales and lettings adviser.
