Spanish property company Riofisa has just signed two leasing agreements. The first is by Compañia General de Sondeos, which has leased 600m2 for a five-year period in El Soto building in Arroyo de la Vega in Madrid. Tien 21 has also signed a deal to open up in Equinoccio Park in Zaratán in Valladollid.
