JS Real Estate said this morning that Antony Roscoe and Anthony Rutherford had resigned as directors of JS on 26 March 2007 in the wake of its takeover by Warner Estate.
Warner Estate’s takeover offer for JS Real Estate went conditional two weeks ago.
The family of Stephen Mulliner, chairman of JS Real Estate, will reap about £57m from the agreed sale of the group.
JS said today that Roscoe and Rutherford’s service agreements with JS will be terminated with effect from 30 March 2007.
