Two major retailers have signed up for a total of 1,742 sq m (18,751 sq ft) at St Martins Property Groups Three Spires centre, Lichfield, Staffordshire (pictured right).
John Menzies has taken 1,115 sq m (12,000 sq ft) on a 15 year lease at £130,000 pa. Superdrug has taken 627 sq m (6,744 sq ft) for 10 years at £65,000 pa. Both leases are subject to five yearly rent reviews.
The Three Spires centre totals 6,500 sq m (69,968 sq ft) in more than 50 units. It has recently been refurbished and slightly extended at a cost of £9m.
Colliers Erdman Lewis and George Robinson & Partners acted for St Martins. Blair Kirkman represented both tenants.
