Two more departures from CBRE retail

There have been two more departures from the retail capital markets team at CBRE.

Tim Saull, associate director in retail capital markets, is leaving the business to work at retail agency McMullen Wilson.

Saull, who specialises on high street retail, started his career with CBRE’s retail agency in 2009, where he worked as a senior surveyor in the Southern Retail Agency team for seven years before working as an associate director in the retail capital markets team in 2015.

In addition Joe Martin, who also works in the high street team at surveyor level, is also leaving the business to work at Robinson and Webster.

Robinson and Webster was launched in November 2016 by a former CBRE retail director, Ian Webster, and former equity partner at Jackson Criss Adam Robinson.

The departures follow Charlie Neil, who resigned from the business last week to set up a new retail agency business.

Neil was formerly the head of high street investment at CBRE and is setting up his new venture with Dan Walker and Ben Tyack from Savills.
