Letting agent Richard Ellis has netted two further tenants for Prudential Property’s Minster Court in EC3.
Both tenants have agreed 15-year leases with five-yearly rent reviews and will be indemnified against their VAT liability by the Pru.
Independent Insurance has taken the 8,700-sq ft eighth floor of 1 Minster Court at around £40 per sq ft with a 12-month rent-free period.
The top floor of 2 Minster Court has gone to RGB Underwriting Agencies at £42 per sq ft. The 9,800 sq ft on the 10th floor has been taken with an option to break at year 10 and an initial 12-month rent-free.
