Recruitment firm Allegis and software company AVG Technologies UK have committed to space in UBS’s 110 High Holborn, WC1.
Allegis has taken 7,400 sq ft, paying £67 per sq ft on a 10-year lease.
AVG will occupy 9,136 sq ft on the seventh floor on a 10-year lease with a break at year five. It is paying a rent of £67.50 per sq ft.
The two tenants will join Reed Elsevier, owner of Estates Gazette, and communications company Next 15.
The 14,600 fifth floor of the building is currently vacant and being quoted at £65 per sq ft; with a premium cost for splitting the floor.
