Two more occupiers eye space at The Scalpel

Five more floors at The Scalpel, totalling just under 40,000 sq ft, have been placed under offer by two firms.

Insurance industry veterans Stephen Catlin and Paul Brand’s company Convex Group is understood to be under offer for floors 32 to 34, while Britannia Financial Group is thought to be under offer to occupy the 28th and 29th floors.

More than 60% of the 35-storey building on London’s Lime Street, EC3, is now let or under offer.
