Two more sign at 23 King Street

Two more occupiers have signed for nearly 30,000 sq ft at 23 King Street in St James’s, SW1.

Berry Asset Management has taken a 15-year lease for the ground floor at the West End building, which is owned by Standard Life Investments Pooled Pension Property Fund.

Meanwhile, floors one to three have been let for 15 years to London Executive Offices, paying between £100 and £105 per sq ft.

Combined with the prelet of the top two floors to Temasek at the end 2013, the building is now 82% let and produces an annual income of around £4m.

David Stewart, fund manager of the Standard Life Investments Pooled Pension Property Fund, said: “We are delighted to have agreed these lettings to two fantastic occupiers. The deals underscore the quality, efficiency and appeal of 23 King Street.”

CBRE and Savills advised the landlord.
