Two more sign at Brighton’s Telecom House

BT and Telereal have made two further lettings at their 100,000 sq ft Telecom House in Brighton, East Sussex.



 



American Express has strengthened its presence in the building with a 25,000 sq ft letting, taking its occupation up to 70,000 sq ft, and Clydesdale Bank has taken a further 5,000 sq ft,



 



The deals leave 24,000 sq ft available, from units of 4,800 sq ft, at quoting rent of £14.50 per sq.



 



GVA Grimley director Bruce Hibbert said: “We are delighted that American Express has continued to expand within the building, and also to welcome Clydesdale Bank.  We are confident of securing further occupiers for the remaining space.”
