Lambert Smith Hampton has announced a two appointments following the acquisition of ES Group last month.
Sean Brew has been promoted to lead the expanded London team of around 400 people in offices in the West End and South Bank.
Brew joined LSH in 2011 from DTZ to head up the national property and asset management team.
Patricia Dorrity will be replacing Brew as head of the national property and asset management team.
Dorrity re-joined LSH last summer, following the acquisition of BTW Shiells. She said: “It has been an incredible year back in the LSH fold. There is so much opportunity and the business is going places.”
