The Old Oak and Park Royal Development Corporation has welcomed two regeneration and development experts to its board.
Mayor of London Sadiq Khan has appointed Aman Dalvi and Jon Milward to help spearhead the delivery of tens of thousands of affordable homes at the scheme.
Dalvi is a former director of planning and development at London Borough of Tower Hamlets who was also previously chief executive of inward investment agency Gateway to London. He has served as a board member of the government’s former urban regeneration agency English Partnerships and the London Olympic Park Legacy Company. He currently chairs two housing associations, Newlon Homes and Aspire Housing.
Jon Milward is a former real estate equity partner at Deloitte who has worked on regeneration projects at Euston Station and the London Olympic Park.
Liz Peace, chair of OPDC, said: “Old Oak and Park Royal is one of the most important regeneration projects in London, set to create an exciting and inclusive urban district that’s centred around the country’s largest new station, Old Oak Common. I’m delighted Aman and Jon have joined the mayor’s team.”
