Henderson Park has appointed Mrinal Jalan and Dennis Schiloff to its investment team.
Jalan joins from Perella Weinberg Partners’ real estate business, now Aermont Capital, and will be a principal in the recently launched business. Before Perella Weinberg Partners, Jalan was a senior associate with Morgan Stanley Real Estate Funds, working in the UK acquisitions team.
Dennis Schiloff joins as a director, leaving his position as a vice president at Situs Europe’s real estate advisory group. He spent five years in VTB Capital’s real estate and infrastructure private equity group and two years at Hadron Investments.
Nick Weber, founding partner of Henderson Park, said: “Both Mrinal and Dennis bring with them a great deal of highly relevant private equity real estate experience and impressive professional track records which make them ideal for our growing business.
“The breadth of opportunities that we are seeing in the market is very encouraging and we look forward to leveraging our growing team’s skillset to ensure we continue to gain access to the best deals and to manage our expanding portfolio in the most effective manner possible.”
Henderson Park launched in September 2016 with a $500m capital raise. Since then it has made a number of hires, including Michael Jenkinson from Goldman Sachs, Adel Oucherif from CQS, and Christophe Kuhbier from TwentyTwo Real Estate.
