Royal London Asset Management and Lamron Estates have secured two new lettings at their 87,010 sq ft Space development in Woking, Surrey.
Alliance Healthcare has signed for 12,608 sq ft, taking the whole of the fourth floor of the seven-storey building, while Kent Energies UK has expanded its footprint from the second floor with an additional 3,278 sq ft on the first floor.
The building is now 75% let with only 21,445 sq ft remaining in total – 12,607 sq ft on the third floor and two suites of 4,405 sq ft and 4,610 sq ft on the first floor.
Quoting rents in the building are £42.50 per sq ft. Other tenants include IDBS and Roke Manor.
BNP Paribas Real Estate, CBRE and Hurst Warne are agents for the scheme.
Rebecca Hewitt of BNP Paribas national markets, office agency, said: “Woking has had a strong year in terms of take up with a number of occupiers seeing the benefits of its excellent rail connections to London and the South East and of course, the newly regenerated town centre and its amenities, prompting relocations from elsewhere in Surrey.
“It is also clear that occupiers are prioritising quality space with the best eco-credentials, resulting in extremely limited availability of grade-A accommodation in the town centre.”
Arabella Pollock, office asset manager at RLAM, said: ‘“These lettings demonstrate our commitment to supporting a variety of occupiers with differing requirements, and to meeting our existing tenants’ business needs.”
Alliance Healthcare was advised by Cushman & Wakefield. CBRE acted for Kent Energies.
