BH2 partners Thurstan Guthrie-Brown and Richard Dale are to depart BH2 to join JLL and Ingleby Trice respectively.
Guthrie-Brown had spent more than nine years at the central London specialist and Dale for nearly eight years.
Both had previously been at CBRE before joining BH2 (then GM Real Estate).
A spokesperson for BH2 said: “Thurstan and Richard are pursuing opportunities away from BH2.
“Suffice to say that the firm is hugely appreciative of their contribution.
“Our relationships with both firms are excellent and in the case of IT, intertwined in many ways. As such we fully expect to be working together going forward.”
A spokesperson for Ingleby Trice added: “Richard Dale is joining Ingleby Trice as a partner, although the date is to be agreed.
We are very thoughtful as to who the right people are to have within our organisation given the particular offer we present to clients.
“This is a blend of strategic and transactional advice underpinned by a combination of long experience, discretion and in-house research.
“We are increasingly finding a strong demand for independent, conflict-free, data-backed advice from major investors.”
GM Real Estate relaunched early last year as BH2 after co-founder Tony McCurley left.
The BH2 name refers back to the original niche London agency co-founded by Tony Gibbon in 1994.
Ingleby Trice has operated in the central London property market for more than 20 years.
It is currently working on Barts Close for Helical and Ashby Capital, St Katherine Docks for Blackstone and the Tower 42 Estate for the Kirsch Family Office, as well as for a host of other private, institutional and overseas clients.
