Two promoted at Redevco

handshake-THUMB.jpegRetail investor Redevco has promoted two people as part of its plans to expand its external funds business.

Adam Starr has been promoted to head of acquisitions following 13 years with the company in a variety of roles, most recently as managing director, investment management, and managing director of Redevco UK.

In addition, Manolito van Ardenne has been appointed as head of capital markets, having been with the fund for nine years. Previously Van Ardenne had been managing director of the funds business.

Andrew Vaughan, chief executive of Redevco, said: “Our experience shows that the best results are achieved by putting people in positions where they can draw on their specialist skills and be tightly focused. We already have specialist local teams in place that use their knowledge of local markets to find and source the best deals.

“We are now putting additional emphasis on our investment management activities and with even greater focus on investor relations and acquisitions with two new, dedicated roles.”
