Law firm Allen & Overy has sublet two floors at 40 Bank Street, E14 , to CCT Venues and serviced office provider i2 Office.
CCT Venues has taken the 19,440 sq ft 32nd floor, while i2 Office has taken 19,519 sq ft on floor 30.
Both parties are understood to have paid around £35 per sq for the leases, which expire in December 2022.
Edward Mackaness, general manager of business services at Allen & Overy, said: “Their decision to relocate here reaffirms the quality of these floors and we are looking forward to welcoming more subtenants soon.”
