London & Oriental has secured two new lettings at 2 Idol Lane, EC3, following an extensive refurbishment.
Recruitment consultant Blayze Group has signed a 10-year lease on 2,907 sq ft on the first floor, paying £61.50 per sq ft.
On the fourth floor, independent fund management company DIF will take a new five-year lease on 2,676 sq ft, paying £66 per sq ft.
Blayze is relocating from offices in St James’s, SW1. DIF is moving from offices in 30 St Mary Axe, EC3.
The fully refurbished building totals 13,760 sq ft over five floors. With quoting rents starting at £67.50 per sq ft, 8,177 sq ft of grade-A office space remains available.
