Picton, the property investor, has secured two lettings at its Regency Wharf leisure scheme in Birmingham.
Duelling Pianos, a new bar/entertainment concept, has taken a 15-year lease on 7,200 sq ft of upper floor space in the La Maison building. It is thought to be the first in the brand’s strategic roll-out across the UK.
In addition, Jimmy Spices has expanded its multi-cuisine restaurant operation and taken the Glassworks building – circa 16,700 sq ft – on a 25-year lease.
Robertson Brown and Jones Lang LaSalle acted for Picton.
