Property Alliance Group has signed two more tenants to its Trident scheme at Manchester Airport.
Caerus Group will take 5,306 sq ft on a 10-year lease and BCN Group will take 3,143 sq ft on a five-year lease.
In addition, current tenant at the Trident, Avecto, will take a 1,000 sq ft suite on the first floor of the Drum, the newly constructed offices above the Trident’s entrance.
The Trident is currently undergoing a £7m refurbishment programme which will connect the three buildings in the scheme and add a glass entrance with offices above.
The project is expected to complete in April 2016.
