Structa has signed for office space at Commercial Estates Group’s High Trees scheme in Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire.
Consulting engineering firm Structa has agreed a 10-year lease for 4,266 sq ft at £12.50 per sq ft.
In addition, Professional Medical Services is taking the 2,504 sq ft first floor at the recently refurbished property, where Brasier Freeth and Lambert Smith Hampton are letting agents.
Claire Madden, director in LSH’s Hertfordshire office, said: “High Trees is well located, quality office space in Hemel Hempstead, which is why we have been able to let space to Structa less than a year since the building was launched. There is increasing demand for quality office space in Hemel Hempstead.”
