Consultancy firm AMEC and Karma Communications Group have both agreed leases at 20 Farringdon Road, EC1.
Karma has signed a 10-year lease with a five-year break for 32,184 sq at Farringdon Place, while AMEC has agreed a five-year lease for 33,225 sq ft on the second floor of the LaSalle Investment Management building, which is adjacent to the site of the forthcoming Eastern Crossrail station.
Rents at the property are in the late £20s per sq ft.
