Malcolm Glazer, the American billionaire bidding for Manchester Utd, has put his two homes in Palm Beach, Florida, on the market for a total of £27m.
Glazer could use the proceeds of the sale of the houses on Ocean Boulevard, overlooking the Atlantic, to help fund his purchase of the English football club.
