Nick Candy, the developer of One Hyde Park in London with his brother Christian, is suing a former friend over a holiday video taken seven years ago.
In the footage the billionaire is seen engaging in some embarrassing behaviour when heavily intoxicated
Mr Candy, 44, is suing Mark Holyoake, a former business associate, and his wife, and three other businessmen for breach of privacy.
Mr Holyoakes wife, Emma, took the video on a smartphone. The next day she was asked to erase the footage. However, Mr Justice Warby, the judge, said some survived
