UBS Asset Management’s Global Real Estate business has hired Asher Garnett as the new director of its business development team.
Garnett will be responsible for expanding the product franchise and client base.
He joins from Blackrock where for the past five years he worked in the real estate and alternatives team, most recently as a real estate strategist overseeing investor relations and contributing to equity raising.
Previous to that he was with Bank of America’s commercial real estate securities team.
