UBS has appointed Jonathan Ufton as an asset manager for its London-based UK real estate team.
Ufton will report to head of asset management Ben Clark and manage assets for Triton Property Fund, REPM’s UK fund, and mandates on behalf of international investors looking to buy in the UK.
He joins UBS-AM after over a four-year stint at Curzon Advisers as vice president, where he also spent five years as the portfolio and asset manager of 42 assets across the UK and Europe.
Prior to that, Ufton spent over seven years at DTZ, working his way up to associate director, and also worked in the investment and corporate recovery teams.
