The parent of footwear UGG Australia, has completed a deal for a new headquarters at 130 Shaftesbury Avenue, W1 .
Deckers Outdoor Corporation has signed a 15-year lease with a 10-year break option, for the top three floors totalling 30,000 sq ft at the West End block.
The firm is paying in the region of £55 per sq ft.
The deal means LaSalle Investment Management’s 60,000 sq ft property is fully let a year after it was launched following a refurbishment.
Deckers will consolidate from 20,000 sq ft at 222 Regent Street, W1 , and a Richmond office .
