Regeneration specialist U+I has formed an executive board to implement the company’s business plan.
The move comes after six months in which the company integrated the Cathedral and Development Securities platforms and took on major new projects.
The board will comprise five senior directors and will report to the main board.
Simon Hesketh will head the new board’s regeneration efforts, including public-private partnership projects. Hesketh has been with the company under its former Development Securities name for 18 years.
Bradley Cassels will be the executive board director responsible for investment, including any joint venture partnerships.
Laurence Martin will head the mixed-use regeneration team and will be responsible for any short- to medium-term projects and land acquisition opportunities.
James Bishop will sit on the new board as director responsible for winning new PPP projects.
Brenda Bates will join U+I on 1 May to direct communications as well as the HR and office teams. She joins from the World Gold Council where she was managing director of communications.
