U+I, the specialist regeneration developer and investor, has sold the anchor Waitrose store in the Furlong Shopping Centre in Ringwood to IM Properties for £17.25m, reflecting a 4.99% yield.
This latest sale takes disposals from the group’s investment portfolio to over the £50m target for the financial year ended 28 February 2018, in line with its strategy to reposition towards regeneration assets.
