UK agricultural land prices still among cheapest in Europe according to Knight Frank survey

Agricultural land prices in the UK, which have nearly doubled in the past four years, are still among the lowest in Europe, according to a survey by Knight Frank. Clive Hopkins, a partner in the farms and estates department of Knight Frank, said the relative cheapness of UK farmland was attracting greater interest from overseas buyers than ever before.
