The UK Balanced Property Trust has said that Michael Cunningham, the lead fund manager of its property portfolio, had resigned.
The group said its investment manager, Scottish Widows Investment Partnership Limited, SWIP, has confirmed Cunningham will continue to manage the portfolio until his period of notice ends on 9 February, with Darryl Tidd taking on the role subsequently.
The UK Balanced Property Trust said it would discuss with SWIP ongoing management arrangements and expected to make a further announcement in the near future.
