KEY INVESTMENT OPPORTUNITIES

Nottingham Enterprise Zone is made up of four sites that total 286 acres. Specialisms on each site include healthcare, biotechnology, low-carbon technologies and ICT and the zone offers a mixture of business space, including offices, development land, manufacturing space and much more. The Cultural Quarter of the city centre is home to a growing number of technology-based companies across the city’s specialisms of life sciences, digital and clean technologies.

INVESTOR INTEREST

In January, Orchard Street Investment Management bought the 201,000 sq ft Cornerhouse leisure scheme in Nottingham from Land Securities for £65m.

CONNECTIVITY

£1bn is currently being spent locally on transport and business infrastructure. The city has a 32km tram system and mainline station connecting it to London, the West Midlands and the North. East Midlands Airport connects to 90 international destinations.
