UK Commercial Property REIT has completed its sale of Eldon House, EC2, to CLI Dartriver for around £40m.
The building provides 44,087 sq ft of office space over its lower ground and six upper floors.
The sale is CLI Dartriver’s first acquisition since its formation in March.
UK Commercial Property REIT is managed by Aberdeen Standard Investments.
