UK CPT posts asset rise

UK Commercial Property Trust has posted a 1.5% rise in net asset value per share, to 85.4p, in the second quarter of 2015 ending 30 June 2015.

The rise was driven in part by an increase in the portfolio’s valuation over the period of 15.6% including acquisitions and a 1.3% rise in like-for-like. The total portfolio was valued at £1.2bn.

Retail continued to be the largest part of the company’s portfolio at 42.5%. But industrial property’s share of the portfolio increased to make up 27.8% of the portfolio – up by 1.8 percentage points since the start of the year.
