UK Estates plans a share buy-back of almost £1m through marketpurchases by tender. It is offering to repurchase up to 3.22m ordinaryshares at 28p and up to 42,047 6% cumulative convertible preference sharesat 84p.
The offer comes through the company’s broker, Peel Hunt.
