UK & European Investments has appointed Daniel Silverman as an acquisitions director to its London team.
Silverman joins from GS Capital Advisors, a London real estate advisory boutique specialising in capital market transactions, where he was founding director. Prior to that he spent seven years at BNP Paribas Real Estate.
In his new role he will be responsible for pursuing investment opportunities in London.
Barney Kelham, chief executive, said: “Daniel has vast experience in deal making, and having spent his entire career to date in central London real estate is fine-tuned to the London market.”
The appointment follows that of Ben Sizeland, who joined UK & European Investments in December 2016 from Balmain Asset Management with a focus on European acquisitions and asset management.
