UK Land Estates gets go-ahead for Sunderland scheme

UK Land Estates has gained planning permission for 10 office/industrial units in Sunderland.

The units will range from 2,979 sq ft to 4,035 sq ft and will have 86 car parking spaces.

The 31,902 sq ft site is close to the former MTK building at Sunderland Enterprise Park, approximately 2 miles west of Sunderland city centre.

The units will have two floors with the ground floor providing workshop/assembly accommodation with office space on the upper floor.

Peter Holmes, development consultant for UK Land Estates said, “We are delighted to be able to progress with this scheme which will offer a combination of office and workshop accommodation.

“Sunderland Enterprise Park is already established as a high quality business park attracting the highest quality occupiers and its location is ideal for easy access to both the A19 and the city centre.
