UK SBS has appointed Laura Thomson as deputy director of its property asset management service.
UK SBS works with clients across the Department for Business Innovation and Skills and its partner organisations. The company manages a combined property portfolio of 2.7m sq ft.
Thomson has worked with Cushman Wakefield, Inter-IKEA, and DTZ. Prior to joining UK SBS she acted as an independent consultant for clients including the Manchester Airport Group.
Thomson said: “I am very pleased to be joining UK SBS at this exciting time and I see a great opportunity to bring my extensive experience of corporate real estate management to help create a centre of excellence for the provision of property services for BIS and the government sector.”
