UK Commercial Property Trust has appointed Andrew Wilson as its new board chairman.
Wilson, who has been a non-executive director of UKCPT since its launch, will replace Christopher Hill.
Wilson was founding director of former listed property company Rugby Estates until its delisting and sale in 2014.
Until last year, he was non-executive director of the Ipswich Building Society and he is currently the non-executive chairman of BDG Sparkes Porter and a London-based private family trust.
