UK Commercial Property Trust has signed two new leases at the Charles Darwin shopping centre in Shrewsbury, Shropshire.
New Look Menswear has signed a 10-year lease for a 4,047 sq ft shop – its first ever store in the town.
Costa Coffee has taken the lease of a 2,528 sq ft ground floor shop, which was previously occupied by Yours.
Fashion retailer Yours has also relocated and upsized, while a lease renewal has been secured with the Body Shop for a further five years.
Will Fulton, fund manager of UKCPT, said: “As we continue to progress with the delivery of a new Primark anchor and associated mall refurbishment works, we are pleased to attract new, national brands.
“It is exciting to see this deserved confidence in Shrewsbury and we look forward to delivering further lettings and asset management initiatives to improve the Shrewsbury shopping experience.”
