UK Commercial Property Trust has secured a new letting at 6 Arlington Street, SW1, to art gallery Skarstedt.
The gallery has signed a 15-year lease for 4,690 sq ft on the ground and basement floors.
Skarstedt, which is relocating from Old Bond Street, specialises in historical exhibitions by contemporary European and American artists such as Andy Warhol and Yves Klein.
Will Fulton, fund manager at Standard Life, said: “This letting is a strong endorsement of UKCPT’s strategic portfolio management, identifying the opportunity to acquire and renegotiate the previous lease with improved terms, and subsequently reletting the space to Skarstedt; a perfect occupier for the building and location.”
Standard Life advises UKCPT; Colliers International acted for the landlord.
