Uliving and Equitix chosen to provide 1,032-bed PBSA

The University of Chichester has confirmed Uliving in consortium with Equitix as its preferred bidder to deliver and refurbish 1,032-bed student accommodation facilities.

Uliving, the student accommodation brand of Linkcity UK, and Equitix will deliver the PBSA beds across two campuses in Bognor Regis and Chichester.

This will include delivery of the 176-bed scheme at Bognor Regis, and 349-beds at the Bishop Otter campus in Chichester. They also plan to refurbish the existing 507 beds across the two campuses.

Professor Jane Longmore, vice-chancellor at the University of Chichester, said: “Within the Chichester region this new accommodation will help us meet increased demand as our student numbers grow and provide an affordable student living experience.”

Bouygues will carry out the construction work.
