Northern Ireland’s Industrial Development Board plans to build a £2.5m customised factory in the Springvale Business Park, west Belfast.
The speculative scheme is a bid to try to attract foreign companies in the rapidly growing call centre sector.
This is the first time it has put money into a customised factory without first identifying a client company.
