Ultimate Leisure has confirmed it has made an indicative offer for Inventive Leisure.
The bid puts it in competition with Alchemy which is still in talks with the owner of the Revolution vodka bar chain.
Inventive said it had considered all approaches but talks were only ongoing “with a private equity house.”
