A mood of uncertainty in the housing market is leading more and more wealthy people to rent in London, according to Knight Frank.
The first four months of the year have seen a rise in the number of super-prime rental tenancies at £5,000 or more a week being signed, to 42 from 33 a year earlier.
In the year to March, 30 tenancies were signed at £10,000 a week, up from 20 in the previous year.
