Unicoin Homes plc has failed in its High Court challenge to the decision of Tandridge District Council refusing planning permission for residential development of the former Geest Warehouse, Station Road, Lingfield, Surrey.
Dismissing the challenge, Deputy Judge Nigel Macleod QC said that the inspector had been entitled to exercise his planning judgment in the way that he did.
