Derwent London has bagged its first tenant at the Buckley Building in Clerkenwell Green, EC1.
Unilever is under offer to take around 22,000 sq ft on the ground and lower ground floors, where it will open a new concept showroom. The consumer goods giant will pay around £42 per sq ft.
The former 1930s factory is being refurbished to provide 87,000 sq ft of commercial space, including 5,300 sq ft of shops.
